Absolutely the worst place in the world to get a job at

Cons

Amateur, disorganized, incompetent leadership, toxic. This is the worst place you can get a job in Australia, and I think other countries are the same. Just stay away, trust me and do not spend a day working at this awful place, just don't. They are getting reported more often lately so I won't be surprised if the government forbid them from operating in Australia any more.

get to try lots of the positions, company pays for the licenses if both you and the company wants you to get a forlift of order picker license. you could be in one of these positions: staging loading/ unloading trucks driving tugs driving forklifts driving high reach forklifts driving order pickers driving turret trucks unloading containers driving sweeping machine

Cons

they will take turns to do more tiring positions i.e. staging and containers. you will be doing a couple to a few times a week depend on your performance in other positions. 90+% are chinese speaking workers

Employers are not heard They expect from the employers to be motivated to work hard in a negative environement and in exchange bad salary the lowest in the market Management is the worst I have ever seen in my life No respect for people or for their rights No transparency Favoritism HR : wondering what is their job
