1) Amazing coworkers who are passionate and very helpful. 2) Great opportunities to take responsibility for one's department and success. 3) Unique industry can be interesting and lead to some interesting career opportunities.
Cons
1) Management often ignores needs of employees. 2) Management often uses dishonesty to try to control employees. 3) Instead of showing employees their true value, they use snacks and false inner company communicated to attempt to make people feel included. 4) Strongest and longest term employees are often fired, leaving others to try to figure out how to fill in the gaps. 5) Due to investor needs, some business decisions seem at the expense of employees and even customers to turn profits.
