      Pros

      Good company for learning and best for freshers.

      Cons

      It is product based company but work culture is like service based. Worthless peoples are in manager and HR. Managers does not have basic knowledge in product and domains. Due to politics w2bi losing employees. HR don't know how to speak to employees.

      Worst management, you have nothing to learn here,it will ruin your career coming here especially for experienced people. Hr people will make fake promises. No work life balance. People here are doing cheap politics instead of working
