Pros
Good mix of highly professional consulting comparable to Tier 1 consultancies like Bain or McK (especially in private equity consulting) but the culture feels more like (a professional) family rather than elbow fighting.
Cons
Not for people looking for a quick career jump on their resume. People here are excellent and hard-working and pretend-to-be's are sorted out quickly by the team.
