Inspiring clients, interesting projects. Work is challenging and intellectually stimulating. Good environment to build your network and gain experience.

Cons

Horrible leadership - takes advantage of staff talent, time and knowledge without providing adequate compensation or credit. Little to no opportunity for upward mobility. No work life balance. Work quality standards have declined due to high staff turnover.
