Gaslighting: If you have heard this term, this company does the same to you. They will mentally harass you at so deep level, that in your dreams you will be terrified to think about this organization and you start considering you as underperforming whereas in my present organization I got appreciation in just 15 days Ritwik: Company politics, Manager technically Ignorant, Colleagues involved in direct piracy(they copy your code and say to manager they did) all wrong things in one place defines Ritwik Manager cannot judge who is technically superior and working but only goes on display skill attitude. CEO gets involved in project happenings, small things, and he suggests that one senior is equal to 10 freshers, get freshers, One suggestion from my side, don't hire senior resources because even if he/she is a senior cannot work 36 hours and he/she is not robot they expect the same thing from a senior you should do development, take client calls as architect, take placement interviews, attend project meetings, fill their project database by doing exercises from your personal time ,do deployment in code changes, guide testers as well Highly unprofessional company, they hire few people for forwarding news from lower ranks to higher ranks. These people are not working they only take salary for passing on the news, some non technical people do this job in this company If you leave a project on your own, based on politics, the other project they will take revenge by assigning you the same manager and proving you as incompetent They are not willing to give you position like technical architect but expect to do architect as well as developer job, one on one they will ask you to visualize yourself and take control of the team Whereas since you are developer in front of the team, you are being left to jealous colleagues as wolves who wants to devour you at each scrum call The only good part of this company is the HR department, they are ok and listen to human concerns Rest everything is negative, please don't go and spoil your software career, its not even possible to bear one full year unnecessarily your resume will get complicated I never wrote such a bad review for any of my past companies, but this company I cannot forgive at all. This company is utter bunch of non professionals put in one statement
