      People are friendly. Some flexibility. Work shorter hours during the summer. Good place for people who are starting their careers.

      Cons

      1 WFH day after 1 year No sick days No Education reimbursement Have to pay for own parking. It’s pretty expensive. Pay rate is low compared to other companies with similar roles. Work long hours during open enrollment season.
