      Pros

      The projects are genuinely interesting, and the team holds a high bar without the ego that often comes with it. You’re surrounded by sharp people who care about doing things right and getting real results. The platform has real depth—you’re not fighting your tools, you’re able to execute and move quickly. And the AI work isn’t just marketing fluff; it’s thoughtfully integrated into both the product and how the company operates.

      Cons

      It's fast-paced and busy — you're expected to be autonomous, dig into things on your own, and stay proactive about learning. I'd put that in the Pros column personally. But I get that it's not everyone's thing, and it's worth knowing going in.

      There are great, talented, and highly motivated people working here - I really value the atmosphere. It's exciting to work in such a fast-paced, always evolving environment, supporting globally known brands and deploying complex solutions. I love working directly with customers and helping them find the best solutions for their company's challenges.

      Cons

      A true scale-up environment - processes are still evolving and things move fast. You need to be comfortable with change and ready to take ownership.
