At the end of last year, a group of our female employees attended the ‘Women in Leadership Summit’ in Sydney. As part of our commitment to pay these types of opportunities forward, they decided to host an interactive panel discussion with the rest of our Sydney team. They shared key insights from the conference and answered questions from the audience from a range of topics such as unconscious bias training, flexibility in the workplace, negotiation skills and empowerment. Some Exciting News for two of our employees from our Greystanes facility, Australia. Tenielle Peyroux & Mali Ilolahia from our logistics team will be heading to the Commonwealth Games 2018 at Moreton Bay next week! Tenielle has been selected for the Women’s Cook Island Team for the Rugby League 9’s and Mali will be coaching the Women’s Tongan Team, also for the Rugby League 9’s. This a very exciting event as it is an exhibition to introduce Rugby League into the Commonwealth Games in 2022. We will all be cheering for you! Good luck!
