Coastal Ridge is pleased to offer our full-time team members eight hours of Volunteer Time Off each year to use to volunteer with a non-profit organization of their choosing. Shout out to our team at The Outpost in Fort Collins, CO who recently utilized their Volunteer Time Off to clean up a city-owned natural area close to their community on Earth Day. They were able to remove almost 20 bags of trash in addition to several other larger items that were buried among the weeds.
