The 4th annual ExeterONE Awards was a powerful reflection of what community looks like in action. From heartfelt opening remarks to moments of shared celebration, the evening highlighted the growth, connection and collective impact of ExeterONE — now 765 members strong and representing 40% of our organization. In 2025, ExeterONE members: • Donated over $12,000 to meaningful causes • Built 16+ external partnerships • Engaged 500+ colleagues through events • Volunteered 100+ hours in service
Last month, we gathered in Grapevine, Texas for our 2026 National Sales Meeting! Embracing the bold, can-do spirit of the Lone Star State, we celebrated our 2025 milestones, recognized standout performances and unveiled exciting insights for the future.
The holidays might be over, but the difference we make sticks around. Our Finance team closed out the season with a hands-on, high-energy holiday party — designing putt-putt courses from donated canned goods, sharing laughs and turning a team event into a moment of impact.

We were honored to grant Kayden's Make-A-Wish and bring his dream of visiting Disney World to life. This spirited young boy had a magical time meeting his favorite character, Buzz Lightyear, and making memories with his family. Our IT Application Development team can together to host their annual application security-focused Hackathon earlier this month. This event is a hallmark of our dedication to integrating advanced technologies and nurturing a culture of teamwork and shared knowledge throughout all departments.
