We recently hosted an exclusive HR Leadership Dinner at MOS Amsterdam, bringing together HR leaders for an open and honest conversation about the road ahead. The unfiltered truth from the room was clear: most companies are not yet ready for the upcoming EU pay transparency mandates. From data readiness and compensation frameworks to internal communication and manager enablement, the shift ahead is significant — and preparation needs to start now. A big thank you to everyone who joined us for such a thoughtful and candid discussion. These are exactly the conversations HR leaders need to be having as organizations move toward greater transparency, fairness, and trust in the workplace.
At HiBob, we believe some of the best moments happen when we step away from our screens and reconnect with nature, with creativity, and with each other. To celebrate Shavuot, our 600-strong Tel Aviv team kicked off the day with a picnic at Yarkon Park. With blankets spread out, a delicious brunch, healthy smoothies, and great company, it was the perfect way to start the morning. From there, Bobbers headed out to nine different experiences across the park, including mindfulness workshops, soap-making sessions, Tai Chi, cycling tours, metal sculpting, and painting by the Yarkon River. It was an incredible reminder to lift our eyes from the laptops, slow down for a moment, and give ourselves the gift of meaningful time together in nature.

Everything we do at HiBob is built to help businesses put their people first. So being named a G2 Industry Leader—based on feedback directly from our customers’ reviews is especially meaningful to us. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their experience and help us continue improving.
In HiBob’s development teams, learning is evident within the work itself. A recent example is how teams have been using Spec Driven Development. Based on GitHub’s Spec Kit and adapted to our own workflows, the practice starts with writing a clear spec before any code is written. This puts assumptions out in the open and ensures that teams align early on decisions that are otherwise easy to misinterpret later. From a developer's perspective, this has altered the way conversations occur. Teams spend more time thinking together upfront, which makes execution calmer and more predictable once work is underway. It’s had a noticeable effect on collaboration and how decisions are made across functions. Workshops like this don’t run on a fixed cadence. We introduce them when a tool or approach feels worth the time and attention of the team. That same thinking guides how we approach AI in R&D: adoption is deliberate, and focused on whether it meaningfully improves how Bobbers work and build. The common thread is fairly simple. We pay attention to how work is done, and we’re willing to adjust when there’s a better way.
The Sapient Insights Group runs the largest voice-of-customer survey in HR tech. This year’s results send a clear message about where HiBob stands: #1 in User Experience for Midmarket and SMB #1 in Vendor Satisfaction for Midmarket Top 5 in Vendor Satisfaction for SMB These results reflect the voices of thousands of HR and business leaders, including 177 HiBob customers. For too long, HR technology has been defined by clunky systems and slow-moving vendors. These results show the market is ready for something better: a platform that puts people first, delivers real value, and moves at the pace modern companies need. Congratulations to more than 1,300 Bobbers worldwide for building a platform that earns this level of trust, and a big thank you to the customers who continue to trust Bob.
Just wrapped up three full and inspiring days at Zukunft Personal in Cologne with the HiBob team. The atmosphere across the fair was energetic and engaging (helped along by cotton candy, waffles, and ice cream from various stands!)
