Our Director, Peter Langford, shares the announcement: “I appointed Kylie Heffernan in 2020 to the role of General Manager for Horner Recruitment, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. See us both in this photo, all masked up and socially distanced for her welcome announcement! Kylie helped steer our business successfully through the pandemic and has continued to effectively lead our team and develop our organisation since. Kylie’s expertise and capacity to manage is now proven and she has added a spark and a presence that we at Horner respect and enjoy. The confidence I have in her has led me to amend Kylie’s title to that of CEO – Chief Executive Officer, of Horner Recruitment. This step signifies the continued growth and maturity of the Horner business and I look forward to supporting Kylie and the rest of our fabulous team to achieve our goals in the future.
