The goal? Revolutionizing a $13 billion annual trade process with cutting-edge AI—boosting efficiency, eliminating manual workflows, and accelerating response times for Mitsubishi’s global customers. Key highlights from the visit: - Successful Phase 1 pilot with up to 95% productivity gains - Roadmap discussions for Phases 2 & 3, including advanced automation & AI analytics - Strategic expansion—MCM to market IPS AI solutions globally! This milestone was made possible through funding from National Research Council Canada / Conseil national de recherches Canada via the NRC IRAP Canada–Japan Corporate Co-innovation Program.
