Our South Asia I&D Steerco has rolled out an initiative to bring awareness and employee involvement to our overall I&D agenda with a series of interactive monthly sessions. The objective of these sessions is to create an environment where difficult and sensitive questions can be asked and addressed openly. The first monthly session was launched last month on the topic of ‘Workplace biases & social stigmas around the LGBTQIA+ community’. The event was extremely thought-provoking and honest.
