Patterson employees have consistently used their Volunteer Time Off to volunteer in ways that are meaningful to them, and this year was no different! We want to give a shout-out to all those who took the time to volunteer this past year. Whether with a nonprofit organization in your community or through a Patterson organized event, you made an impact in giving back. Patterson offers eligible employees 8 hours of VTO each fiscal year. Volunteers can increase their volunteering impact by requesting Dollars for Doers from the #PattersonFoundation, a program that donates $100 per employee that volunteers their time. #WeArePatterson
Equipment Specialists play a vital role in design projects by working with customers on the best possible equipment options to outfit their office. Minnesota-based Equipment Specialist Tony walks us through a typical “day in the life” of his job, which includes working closely with different team members, such as territory representatives and service techs, to give the customer a well-rounded experience when purchasing equipment. #wearepatterson

Our Minnesota and Colorado offices held an MLB Opening Day celebration yesterday to cheer for their local Minnesota Twins & Colorado Rockies - and what better way to start than a W in the win column for both teams! We celebrated with hotdogs, popcorn and ice cream sandwiches; plus Patterson employees wore the jerseys of their favorite MLB teams! What team are you cheering on this year? #WeArePatterson
Our team in Boise, Idaho held a Women in Dentistry event last week! This event featured our very own regional president Cara Cherry as one of the guest speakers. As with all of these events, the goal was to connect women who work in the dental industry with their peers. We provide guest speakers and training at these events to further support anyone who attends our Women in Dentistry events.
Take a look at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Burnsville, MN Mission Outpost Dental Clinic, our #PattersonFoundation partner since 2013! This $10,000 grant will help support personnel costs for their new Dental Clinic Manager to support their mission of improving community health by providing access to dental care, connecting resources, and promoting oral health education to individuals who are uninsured or under-insured.

This past Monday, our Dinuba fulfillment center employees stepped up in a big way locally. 10 employees used their day off of work to help sort more than 3,000 canned goods that had been donated through a local food drive put on by Dinuba High School’s Leadership Class. The food was then donated to Open Gate Ministries, which is an organization that provides housing, nutrition and counseling for homeless families in their area. We're thankful to have teams who go above and beyond for their communities! #WeArePatterson
Our Patterson Dental teams hosted a Women in Dentistry event earlier this month to promote leadership skills at each attendees' practice. These sessions have been incredibly successful for our teams to create connections with their customers and cultivate those relationships beyond simply selling and purchasing products. These events are about being part of a community! #WeArePatterson
