Designed for returning interns and those transitioning into full-time roles us, the program offers a unique opportunity to plan campus events, establish strong networks, and play an active role in promoting PCI's culture and career opportunities! 🏗️ 🛠️👷♀️ This September, our ambassadors came together for a day of inspiration and connection at Performance Contracting’s corporate office. From leadership insights to hands-on workshops, a mega-project tour, and team-building activities, students walked away with new skills, industry knowledge, and a network of peers and mentors to support their mission of inspiring the next generation of talent. 🤝
At PCI, we're privileged to recognize individuals who embody our company's core values through conferral of our People First Award. In a commendable act of bravery and teamwork, Ismael Cardona, Josh Elisha, Jason Kassen, Martin Mahan, Lajonte Prudhomme, Adrian Salcido, and Brandon Stalker from PCI Phoenix came together when a colleague suffered a suspected medical emergency on-site. Lajonte, Josh, Jason, Martin, and Ismael immediately started CPR, while Adrian and Brandon quickly located and used an AED. Their prompt action and coordination saved a teammate's life, allowing him to be safely transferred for further medical attention. We're incredibly proud to celebrate these individuals for their heroic efforts and exceptional commitment to prioritizing safety. 🤝❤️
We're thrilled to announce that in partnership with the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), PCI Washington DC's 3rd Annual Golf Tournament raised over $31,000 to support programs and advocacy initiatives serving the veteran community! With 135+ golfers, including contractors, vendors, clients, and WWP alumni, the event was a huge success.
