Talent Acquisition Team Redefines Hiring Pace with Innovative Accelerator in Lisbon! 🚀 Last week, our Talent Acquisition superstars stepped up to the challenge and agreed to embark on a brand-new hiring accelerator for our sales development roles in Lisbon. Ordinarily, our TA partners and leads operate independently, crafting bespoke strategies for our hiring managers. But with urgency calling, they pulled together to create a fast-track solution, determined to fill these critical roles without compromising quality. And no surprise here, did they deliver! 💪 Embracing their creative powers and team spirit, the TA team successfully built a robust pipeline in record time. We were thrilled to see them enthusiastically showcasing our Lisbon office to prospective candidates just yesterday. While we're racing to get these roles filled before summer kicks off, the team has ensured the candidate experience remains a top priority. Pipedrive Steps Challenge: 35 Million Steps to Health and Fun At Pipedrive, we prioritize keeping our team active and energized. This April, to celebrate World Health Day, we launched the Pipedrive Steps Challenge to inspire everyone to get outdoors, move more, and have fun! Stepping Up to the Challenge The challenge was simple yet powerful: walk as much as you can and enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. Walking meetings became the norm, lunch breaks turned into mini-adventures, and some transformed their commutes into step-boosting exercises. The energy and results were impressive. Our offices around the globe laced up their sneakers and hit the pavement. Collectively, we walked over 35 million steps, which is like crossing the US nearly six times. Most Active Day: April 6th saw a whopping 1,665,881 steps logged. Maybe it was the sunny weather or just sheer determination, but our team was unstoppable! Creative Contributions: The London office won hearts (and a bonus prize) with their most liked photo, capturing the spirit and fun of the challenge. Personal Bests: One dedicated colleague from Prague shattered records with an incredible 62,498 steps in a single day. Now that’s commitment! Relaxation Day: Of course, we all need a break sometimes. The least active day was April 30th, with 746K steps, giving everyone a well-deserved rest. The sense of community made this challenge special. We’re excited to make the Pipedrive Steps Challenge an annual tradition!
