The ongoing development of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is forever changing the way we work. Individuals, teams, and entire companies are choosing to work remotely and organizations are scrambling to adjust. There are times, like these, when we all need to step up and help. Beginning immediately, we are making the Qualtrics Remote Work Pulse publicly available and free for all organizations. We hope this helps each of you move forward during this difficult time.
What attracted you to Qualtrics in the first place? "I saw that there was potential to quickly develop crucial skills in the ever-changing tech environment and thus never given the chance to be bored. I needed to be in a place where I could constantly learn, and never run out of things to learn, whether it's adapting to the new updates in product knowledge or the soft skills in dealing with a large number of clients from different industries. I wanted a lot of exposure and Qualtrics provided a great window into that and room to grow into on a long-term scale."
Kevin is a Product Manager, based out of our Seattle office. "I’m a PM now but started my career as a mechanical engineer working in the professional sailing world. I went to an engineering school because I was obsessed with sailing and the science of it and was lucky enough to connect the dots into a career."

What was the turning point where you ‘had to have the job’? Dermot said that this first international office was like building a house: it didn’t have a roof yet and it is pouring rain outside. This connected strongly to my ‘why’: new experiences, pushing my comfort zone and seeing things grow & develop – he definitely made that come through.
At Qualtrics we want to connect our people to careers that feed their purpose; jobs that motivate & inspire them. This is Thusitha’s “Why Qualtrics” story. One of my ‘why’s is for my world, and the world around me, to be better than yesterday. I take great pleasure in seeing someone else grow and to be a part of that. In my personal life, this could be from teaching my Grandmother how to use email or helping a friend prepare for an interview. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM9gT
What is your ‘why’? Why do you do what you do… ‘Why’ is one of my favourite words. I love to understand people. You can learn a lot if you really listen to what people have to say and understand the meaning behind it. I’m curious by nature from both a learning aspect and from a people aspect. Early in my career I realised that helping people grow on both a personal level and a professional level is something I deeply care about. I just so happened to find that I could do that in Qualtrics. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQO9y
