🔍 Predicting treatment response in breast cancer is crucial for personalized care, but it remains a major challenge. In this context, we have developed a state-of-the-art radiomic tool to predict pathologic complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer. By leveraging advanced imaging techniques such as MRI and 18F-FDG-PET, our solution improves the ability to predict treatment responses, optimize treatment plans, and improve patient outcomes. 💻 Integrated into QP-Breast®, this tool helps oncologists make more informed and personalized decisions for aggressive cancer subtypes, significantly improving accuracy in breast cancer care. By extracting more than 5000 #radiomic and #deepfeatures from thousands of CT scans, we demonstrate that models developed from one dataset can be effectively applied to another, highlighting their generalizability. AI-based imaging tools are transforming the prediction of immunotherapy outcomes in patients with advanced NSCLC (Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer). Our findings highlight the potential of radiomics to make accurate, non-invasive predictions, advancing personalized cancer care.
