If you are a medical practitioner, nurse, paramedic, police officer, SES or fire fighter, who is working on the front line, RAC is here to support you with a free roadside assistance call out, if you require help on the road. So, if you're an existing roadside assistance member, we'll prioritise your breakdown call. And if you're not a member, we'll still come to your rescue with a free roadside assistance call out and get you back on the road. This is small gesture to say thanks for what you are doing for our community and to help keep you moving through these challenging times. So what do you have to do? At this stage nothing, however if you do find yourself in the unfortunate situation of a breakdown, call us on 13 11 11.

RAC INSURANCE - Canstar Award Winner 2018 Financial comparison website Canstar has released the winners of their 2018 Car Insurance Star Awards, and I am pleased to say that RAC won the category for Outstanding Value WA and in doing so received a 5 Star rating. Budget Direct, Bingle and CGU were named national winners for outstanding value in 2018, with the state winners being – Budget Direct – New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania SGIC – South Australia RAC – Western Australia In total 61 policies from 51 insurers were assessed by comparing premiums, excess levels and product features/benefits and policy options. In taking out the award for WA our Comprehensive Motor Insurance policy received 5 Star ratings for 5 out of the 6 driver profiles assessed.
RAC INSURANCE UPDATE 2018 Most trusted motor & property Insurer (Aust) In a study assessing Australia’s largest property and motor insurers, RACQ and RAC WA came out on top as the most trusted brands in the industry among customers. The 2018 Motor Insurance Consumer Recommendation and Loyalty Study and the 2018 Property Insurance Consumer Recommendation and Loyalty Study, which were conducted by the strategic consultancy Engaged Strategy, each surveyed more than 1,600 insurance consumers using several metrics, including the Net Promoter Score (NPS) that measures the loyalty of a company’s customers. RACQ attained an NPS of positive 40% in the motor insurance study – much higher than the category average of positive 8%. The worst performer from the study meanwhile achieved a negative 14% in the category. On the property insurance side, RAC WA achieved an NPS of positive 37% when the average was positive 6% and the lowest performer scored negative 9%. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQIKy
