RLDatix has announced an agreement to acquire Breitenbach Software Engineering GmbH, a Germany-based integrated solutions provider specializing in workforce management. "The acquisition of Breitenbach is an exciting opportunity to expand our workforce management offerings in Germany, building upon RLDatix’s expertise in connected healthcare operations” said Jeff Surges, RLDatix CEO. “As we continue to invest in solutions enabling safer care delivery around the world, we remain dedicated to developing solutions that meet the needs of the German market and beyond.”
RLDatix, the leading global provider of connected healthcare operations software and services, welcomes Chris Baker to its executive leadership team. Baker joins as RLDatix’s International President, where he will influence and guide region-specific strategies to support customer priorities and enable safer care delivery. “Chris’s leadership will be a tremendous asset to RLDatix as we define the future of connected healthcare operations on a global scale,” said RLDatix CEO Jeff Surges. “His deep knowledge of the challenges facing healthcare, paired with his experience in driving enterprise software strategies, will enable us to deliver more dynamic solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers around the world.” Baker brings over 27 years of experience growing technology companies across global markets, including Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Concur and Anaplan. He is a passionate advocate of using technology to empower and transform healthcare delivery. Our Chief Patient Safety & Risk Officer, Tim McDonald, was recently recognized as one of the top purpose-driven speakers of 2023 by LA Weekly! 🏆🌟 In his recent #TEDxSanDiego talk, Tim emphasized how we can break down the walls of silence that exist in healthcare. He advocated for a path forward built on extreme honesty, open communication, and accountability — the CANDOR approach — to improve healthcare quality, reduce burnout, and achieve faster resolutions for patients and families when harm events occur. "Through his personal brand and association with leading organizations like RLDatix, McDonald is paving the way for positive change in healthcare and inspiring others to embrace empathy, transparency, and accountability."
RLDatix Honors Indigenous Communities Today is International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples, a chance to honor the incredible histories of indigenous communities and those who have worked to preserve and protect their identities, traditions and rights in the face of widespread displacement and discrimination. There are approximately 476 million indigenous people around the world from more than 5,000 cultures spread across 90 countries — so while we can’t capture the true depth and diversity of indigenous identity in one message, we can recognize the systemic inequities that exist across the diaspora. Healthcare continues to be a significant hurdle for many indigenous people — both in terms of access and equity, as well as finding culturally appropriate care. Our new intranet, RLDaily, is being launched in June! The name 'RLDaily' was the most voted on name by our internal teams. This platform will link together internal tools and resources making it easier for employees to access them. RLDaily will not only help colleagues find information such as news, policies, and supporting materials, it will also provide a global community forum.
