Recently, when faced with an unexpected challenge, our technicians didn't skip a beat. They rallied together, asking, "What can I do to help?" A team's channel was swiftly created, fostering a supportive environment, where queries were met with helpful advice from peers. But it wasn't just about work matters. Recognising the importance of mental health and wellbeing, one of our mental health first aiders stepped in with advice on stress management, ensuring the team knew support was always available. In a role that can often feel isolated, the team found connection through their shared experiences. The team's channel became a hub for sharing photos from their client visits, sparking conversations, and creating a sense of unity in their day-to-day. We couldn't be prouder of how they banded together during a challenging time. Their dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed.
