Two Chairs is expanding our presence to 20+ total states, now covering 75% of the U.S. population with high-quality, in-network therapy. We’re proud to bring our personalized, outcomes-driven care to new regions, including Texas, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. From the beginning, we’ve taken a thoughtful, measured approach to growth—starting in California, then expanding to Washington and Florida. This intentional growth has allowed us to prioritize quality at every stage to ensure our care remains accessible, effective, and centered around strong therapeutic relationships. Our latest expansion marks a major milestone in our mission to continue delivering high-quality care that truly helps people get better.
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve joined the California Association of Health Plans as a provider partner and will speak at their upcoming one-day seminar, Shaping the Future of Behavioral Health, on March 26 in Burbank. Access to behavioral healthcare is a pressing issue for Californians, and it’s not just about high demand and low appointment availability — it’s about ensuring effective access, where patients receive the right care at the right time from the right provider. Two Chairs’ own Colleen Marshall and Kelli Collins will lead a session to explore this issue and provide a deeper understanding of how to address common barriers to access and build systems that ensure care is effective, equitable, and focused on measurable results.
For too long, behavioral health has had an accountability problem, and patients are the ones who suffer. Too many provider organizations measure success by access alone, without ensuring that care actually leads to better outcomes. It’s time to change that. In a new MedCity News op-ed, our founder and CEO Alex Katz and Kristina Saffran, CEO of Equip, call for a shift toward measurement-based care and value-driven contracts. Providers need to take responsibility for delivering care that works, not just care that’s available. When we hold ourselves accountable, patients don’t just receive care. They actually get better. That’s the standard we should all be striving for. Read more in MedCityNews below.
