On Wednesday, October 8th, thousands of our global colleagues came together for our fifth annual “Pink for a Day” event to support breast cancer research, advocacy, and support. For each employee who wore pink, Watts pledged to donate $5 to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Thank you to all our employees who showed support for this important cause!
Today is Global Handwashing Day – a reminder that simple hygiene practices can prevent disease and save lives. 🧼💧 Watts is proud to continue our partnership with Planet Water Foundation, helping bring clean drinking water, sanitation supplies, and hygiene education to vulnerable communities in Indonesia and Mexico. Through Planet Water’s AquaTower water filtration systems—each equipped with handwashing stations and integrated soap dispensers—students gain access to critical hygiene infrastructure. Their Water-Health and Hygiene education program also helps build lasting awareness and behavior change around life-saving hygiene practices. This week, we celebrated World Water Monitoring Day! 💧 At Watts, we’re committed to protecting water quality with innovative monitoring systems that help ensure safe, clean water for communities everywhere.
In partnership with the Clean River Project and our community giving program, Watts Cares, 25 Watts team members from North Andover, MA pulled almost one and a half tons of trash from the Spicket River. This annual project is part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our waterways clean and supporting our mission to provide safe, clean water around the world.
