How important is culture within a workplace? Meet Emily, a shining example of the impact of workplace culture on career success! Having completed our Women In Tech Aspire program, Emily began her tech journey at a leading investment bank. During our International Women’s Day webinar last week, Emily shared invaluable insights into her transition, emphasizing the critical role of workplace support. She highlighted the significance of a diverse workforce and a leadership team that champions inclusivity, both of which have been instrumental in her role as a Software Developer.
Emily worked in hospitality before joining our Aspire program and landing a job as a Software Engineer. She's currently excelling in her role, with a particular interest in the UI and UX side of coding. We're excited to see what she does next.
