The role
Working with a great team, the Rostering & Scheduling Officer has a key role to play in our business. Operationally you will create and manage rosters for multiple front-line departments (including drivers, customer service, cleaners). This will include adhering to our fatigue management legislation and our enterprise agreements across the networks. By doing so you will ensure the roster delivers a robust, efficient, and safe network. This role will see you liaise with key stakeholders, consulting with the roster committee and create buy-in for proposed network and timetable changes.

What you bring
The successful candidate will have well-developed IT skills with experience in rostering or planning systems preferred. Your background may include working in highly regulated industries (transport or logistics) with exposure to rostering and planning timetables. Critical to the role is your ability to manage competing demands of a busy environment and working to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
