Interview Details
I applied online, and didn't hear back for two-three months. Out of the blue, I got a call asking if I was still interested in the position, and if I could come in for an interview.
It was a fairly casual interview with the store manager. He asked my availability, strengths, weaknesses, and how I would handle an angry customer, that's it. He called me later in the afternoon to say I got the job.

Negotiation Details – He asked what I wanted to make, and I said minimum wage - $8. He said he'd try to get me $8.50, and did.
