I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New York Life (New York, NY) in Apr 2009
Interview
I contacted NYC from our school's posting.
It's one of the general offices, located near by Wall St.
The questions were straightforward, including; tell me about yourself, why do I have to hire you.
Those two questions I was express myself that I've been looking to become a financial adviser.
Recruiter interview, two separate Teams interviews with managers, in person manager interviews. Everyone was friendly and professional. Did not use STAR method, was more conversational. Overrall I felt it was the best experience I have had during my job search.
Good to the point and organized presentation as well as clear training and onboarding time with understanding of need for another job in the meantime also the interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to

Interview
Had an interview with HR on Zoom. The interviewer would often cut me off and seemed disinterested throughout the conversation. Was never even given a follow up about the position.
