    Pros

    Great array of relevant technologies, portfolio is growing by the month via acquisition. Very focused on execution, profitability.

    Cons

    Less employee-oriented than other companies I've worked at. Less internal collaboration, more competition due to the company being heavily silo'd based on product.

    It's hard to argue with success.

    I have been working at Oracle full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    1. Ample of opportunities to learn with due credit to policies and huge portfolio of products
    2. Cutting edge technology
    3. Not much of politics and that too limited to senior management.
    4. Flexi-timing, can work from any place in the world
    5. Career growth in India Offices can be lightning fast.

    Cons

    1. Hiring process has slackened in terms of quality and should be tightened again
    2. Regular pay packages revisions are required to keep up with inflation rate.
    3. No fire policy to remove non-performing labor
    4. Apathetic towards retaining talent

    Retain the best of the talent and please improve employee compensation.
