Former Employee – worked at Oracle full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Server Tech division which includes database, enterprise manager are good to work in. People are smart and friendly. Good telecommuting culture and flexible work hour. But you have to work hard in order to advance. That's true everywhere

Cons – When you hit a plateau in learning, it is up to yourself to look around for opportunities. Keep looking. No one will do it for you.

Advice to Senior Management – Don't add more engineering processes to treat everyone like a dumb a. It just lowers productivity for everybody.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
