Campus locations are nice. Lunch rooms and food options are great.

Sweatshop work expectations. Regular 10-12 hour days. You are expected to be online all day and all night. You have multiple team members who dont do their job and are never reprimanded. Questionable leadership competency. DEI is the priority. H1B Visas driven corporation.

DALP - Not worth it. bad management, no learnings, worse products in the market

-As a temp (kitchen) they pay low. -Entry level positions (business development, sales, etc) jobs are impossible to get into and pay incredibly low. -Seems like there are enough people of color in management positions. > Most people of color seem to be working in the lower level jobs and may have eligibility for higher level roles but aren’t given the opportunities.
