The flexible working policy is fantastic, allowing for a healthy work/life balance. The work is fast-paced and exciting, offering meaningful challenges and opportunities to grow. Occasional gaps in cross-functional communication can slow down projects or cause misalignment, though the company has recently been working to improve this as it continues to scale.

My team is friendly and supportive, and at least where I am in the company the work culture is great. Good work/life balance, flexible WFH, etc. I've had the opportunity to work on genuinely interesting problems, learn a lot about system-level computer architecture, and how to write performant simulation software in C++.

Office location isn't the best, but there is a shuttle bus from Cambridge station.
