hours are great, work from home during pandemic, great opportunity IF YOU ARE A SALES PERSON, lots of benefits such as life insurance and health. This is more of a second income job for a family, or a young person still living at home.

low pay, high pressure sales, weird coaching techniques, unfair bonus terms, practically unattainable bonus, lies health insurance is costly for the hourly wage, no dental insurance but a 'discount' at Aspen Dental, and they give you the option of garnishing your wages to pay for dental treatment - like they are doing you a favor.

Be truthful in your hiring, tell potential candidates that this is a SALES JOB, that this is not just scheduling people for dental appointments. Be consistent in your training. What is taught in training is inconsistent once on the phones live. Different coaches tell you contradicting things then when you are coached by someone else they tell you what the other coach told you is wrong. How can one possibly know what the heck to do? Have compassion for your patients. What is sold as a scheduling job to employees is really a sales position. I never would have taken this job if I knew I would be SELLING dental appointments to people who have medicaid and medicare who have insurance we do not participate with. Beating down your employees to the point of tears when they 'miss an opportunity' is a turn off. Every time you fail to schedule someone doesn't need to turn into a half hour 'coaching' opportunity.

Low pay, no yearly raises, management wants to dictate treatment, EXCEPT they’ve no dental knowledge, high turnover, Saturday’s, 10 hour days

Great opportunity for advancement ,great benefits including medical vision and dental after 90 days , 2 weeks paid vacation and 3 personal day and holiday pay after 1 year

Must be self motivating
