Pros
Great staff and the best bosses I've ever worked for! I am very fortunate to have worked at such a great company that puts professionalism and a safe fun work environment first. I've made amazing friends and learned so much. They offer a very flexible schedule as well as good tips and food discounts!
Cons
There is little to no room to move up but this is typical for most restaurants. Management is sometimes to nice that it ends up hurting the team and individual staff. They are very lenient on certain individuals when they decide not to show up to there shifts some of these people only show up for most or half of their shifts. This leads to people being on call for many days. Hours are sometimes inconsistent, unfair, or shifts are given to the wrong people. Its not a bad place to work at all especially if you're just looking for part time work. Management also has a very open door policy and are easy to communicate with, just don't expect things to always work out even if they offer you reassurance.
