Culture encourages movement to different business units every few years, which may not be a fit for everyone.

Co-workers have been great, pay is reasonable, benefits are pretty good, and the 9/80 work schedule is great.

Lots of bureaucracy, career growth can be slow and vacation policy is terrible. Recent downsizing means employee morale is low. Global company means meetings at all times of day (6AM, 8PM, etc).
