- I believe that if you want to progress in your career, you may find it difficult depending if the position you’re looking for is available at the time
- Competitive industry as it is commission based (can get quite toxic) especially when team members steal your sales
There’s a lot of history and genuine beauty behind the brand, they teach well and clients tend to know what they would like to buy based off the name alone.
Cons
Commission is terrible. Management are basically good sales people with no “management” experience, so goals were changed frequently and the team was unhappy. No breaks and uncomfortable uniform meant that working in the job was painful and actually damaged my feet in the first year.
