Unfortunately this specific franchise is staffed mostly with friends and family in the Rhode Island stores. This has made for many negative experiences that could be completely avoided otherwise.

Easy work and good hours, pretty chill environment, possibly free food depending on who's in charge. I was always paid the correct wage as well. Can chat with coworkers throughout shift as long as you still do you job.

Rude customers sometimes. When short on delivery staff on busy nights, huge queue of orders waiting to go out for ages.
