The company was great in the initial days but post covid everything started moving downhill. Despite having a lot of projects, bonuses and even yearly salary raise was stopped. The salary is way too less compared to what the other employers offer in the field. Management degraded overall with micromanagement at the peak towards the end of my employment. Name calling and rather childish behavior and statements from the upper management are common.

- Good initial salary after hiring - Timely yearly reviews - Breakfast and lunch provided from work

- Bad management - Work from home facility completely discontinued - They don't send our PF timely (It's been more than 1 and half years) - No refreshments and no outings at all (only work work work) - No overtime pay - Bad leadership from team leads and no appreciation given when they should have
