      Weekly pay and consistent hours (especially the Friday–Monday overnight shifts) You stay active and get a workout while getting paid Co-workers are usually supportive and help each other get through long nights Management often offers overtime and flexibility for reliable workers Good entry-level job for building discipline, time management, and endurance

      The work is very physical and exhausting, especially unloading heavy trailers Communication from management can be inconsistent depending on the shift Not much room for advancement unless you’re vocal or already well-connected Warehouse conditions can get extremely hot or cold Scheduling can be tough if you work another job or have daytime responsibilities
