      Pros

Higher hourly pay ($23.70) higher benefits, instant access to benefits by being full time and twice a year free food for the trainers. More consistent / longer hours.

      Cons

Overworked, job description and theoretical responsibilities do not match actual responsibilities, more is expected of you physically and you are actually asked to perform more physical exertion, not less.

Toxic management and unsafe conditions overshadow quick hiring

      Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

      Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.

It’s a job with struggles you can’t fix.

      Pros

A few employees of this facility will treat you with respect. Package Handlers get free food every now and then. Facility is mostly clean. Offices are new and somewhat updated. There are opportunities for advancement. Yearly pay increase. When the weather is hot in the summer they usually have gatorades made available to everyone.

      Cons

You will be hired as part time (6 hours) but when you get going they expect you to work longer hours close to 8-12 hour days and sometimes more. Then they expect you to cut back the hours but throw on more work. You will also be met with unrealistic expectations and you will be conditioned to work Package Handlers harder than humanly possible. Upper management treats mid level managers very poorly. People feel constantly disrespected in this facility across all 3 separate operations. The pay is low for the unorganized operations you have to handle daily. In the summer months temperatures within the warehouse are unbearable as there is no climate control in the summer months, package handlers leaving the twilight shift when I come in for the later shift are usually soaked as they leave the building. Very limited drug testing occurs.

Its good work wise and project wise. Completely depends on the project that you get into. Good food is provided. Work life balance. Not too much work load.

      Cons

Tech stack has to be improved - due to budget constraints we are tied up. During joining too many promises of Food and Transport. After too much of fight they have provided only food and skipped Transport. Management issues

      Pros

Often times during peak season they give out free food. They used to give bonuses during peak season for working more hours but that ended this year They're are SOME good managers Security is tight You have the ability to offer up your shifts and pick up extra shifts through the app During summer they hand out these freeze pops with electrolytes that do help They have multiple water coolers throughout the warehouse. They have vending machines They have lockers for personal items that are not allowed on the floor Some managers will also play music Every door has a mounted fan on the wall that can be rotated to face the picker or towards the loaders in the trailer

      Cons

They lack equity If you have great work ethic you will see a lot of GUYS walking around doing nothing or groups of 3 sometimes 4 guys "loading" one door. They load a box every few mins but then a guy in the door next to them loading by himself clearing door after door. When management sees another door backed up you would think they would send the group of guys but nope they'll send actual workers so know your limits and speak up or they will overwork you. The biggest con is they constantly change your scheduled hours during peak mostly on the weekends so if you have kids or a second job beware because they only have to notify you 24 hrs before your scheduled shift and they will do so up until that last minute. The equipment sucks There are never more than a few fully charged batteries
