      Business outlook

      Pros

It's a great place to work. The work culture is supportive, and there is excellent work-life balance, flexibility, and perks like free meals and snacks, tuition reimbursement, and a competitive pay structure. There are also numerous growth opportunities.

      Cons

No transportation option, manual time management system.

      Good in my experience

      Material handler
      Current employee
      Seattle, WA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Great management; very flexible and work with you on a personal level. - Pays higher than any other ramp job at airport. - Great benefits like 401k, health insurance, vision insurance, flight benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid time off including vacation and sick days. These are available even as a part time worker. - Set schedule. You always have the same days off and same start time. Many people are able to work part time with another job or school.

      Cons

      - The job is outside, and operations do not stop because of weather. You will have to work in freezing, snowy, rainy, smokey, and hot weather sometimes. - It is physical; some people like it for exercise and to stay active, but others don’t. You can get injured if you aren’t careful and it can be tiring. - Management is dependent on shift. So others might not have the same experience.

      Business outlook

      Decent work, good tuition reimbursement

      Warehouse associate
      Current employee
      New Brighton, MN
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

The work itself is stupid simple (though heavy). The tuition reimbursement is the big thing, because you can work 12 hours and receive 5,250 back a year on school.

      Cons

You will be sore at first. Quality of the job will massively depend on who happens to be managing and working at your location.

Short hours; benefits; tuition program is a joke

      Material handler
      Former employee
      Colorado Springs, CO
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

They offered benefits, but I didn't use them so I can't say how good they were.

      Cons

They didn't offer enough hours and it took a long time to complete all of the training that was necessary in order for me to be able to complete all of the job tasks (beyond the basic, initial training). Also, I tried doing their tuition reimbursement program and all they offered was to pay up to $5,000 of my tuition, but I was making such low income that my tuition was covered by federal grant money. The program doesn't cover any loans or books or anything, so don't go into it thinking you will get reimbursed for anything other than tuition you can prove you paid out of pocket.
