      Pros

Good team, breaks are reasonable, and they are flexible.

      Cons

They need to be more structured.

      Pros

Good Benefits, Highly Flexible Schedule, Midnight and Sunrise shift get raises during the winter

      Cons

There are no morning shifts only shifts from afternoon until past dawn, Working in 100+ degree trailers during the summer, trailers can be below freezing in the winter, the fans hardly help at all in the summer, can easily hurt yourself, can effect your back and body over time, Highly Repetitive days, No phones allowed so no music just the sound machines and boxes hitting conveyors, occasionally work into your break time, Day and Evening shift workers do not get raises in the summer for the heat even though Mid/Sun workers get one in the winter.

      Inconsistent

      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Decent pay, flexible hours, ease of schedule adjustment, job transferability, internal promotions

      Cons

Hard work is rewarded with more work, many managers are passive aggressive and lack proper communication skills, conflict management and resolution skills are also poor, schedules are subject to change within hours of the shift start and they expect you to work later than your scheduled shift end time, short breaks, aggressive security policies, difficulty getting full time hours as shift times are inconsistent, homophobic environment

      Bad

      Business outlook

      Pros

Gives opportunity to any person with non HS Diploma

      Cons

Long hours of work and only 2 breaks one of 30 mins and another one of 10 mins 11hr shift standing shift.

They work you extra if you show you're hard worker

      Package handler
      Former employee

      Business outlook

      Pros

Pay and overtime pay on sundays was nice

      Cons

If you show you are able to handle multiple trucks by yourself, they will continue adding more for you to load while also training new employees on your side of the conveyor belt. After being the top scanner in the warehouse with accuracy and numbers for 2 months in a row, they gave me a pair of fedex logo socks as a thank you. Always overworked with the minimum 30 minute break they legally have to give you so they will send you home 10 minutes before they would have to give an hour break legally. Most of the managers were cool though and would look out for you more than the senior managers.
