      The friend and family you make there is amazing. The pay is good, and many opportunities to move up in the company.

      Nobody wants to do the hard work, so the turn over ate is crazy high. So not having enough staff.

      Great people, the time goes really quick, and it's a good mental and physical workout. It's a good way to earn a little extra money. They notify employees of job openings first, so there are opportunities to move upward in the company and/or into a full time job.

      The hours take a bit to get used to and it's usually only a couple of hours every day so it's not a big paycheck.

      In the marketing teams, there is a lot of opportunities to move around into new positions to learn new things. Sometimes the movement is due to a reorganization but management is supportive as you learn. The internships are amazing. They give individuals the opportunities to learn about the company, meet leadership and rotate into different positions.
