Pros
Culture is strong, perks are great, company is highly regarded
Cons
The workload is huge. The corrupt selling time is unlike anything I've ever seen. You're constantly doing admin work, pricing proposals are a nightmare, and you spend a great deal of time chasing other departments and doing their jobs. Also the commission/bonus structure is questionable. It's not uncommon for reps to not get bonus for several quarters, often for reasons out of their control i.e. a large goes out of business.
