They offer a very high level of flexibility in regard to scheduling, and the work-life balance is much better than when I was with UPS. There is also much more consistency with being done for the day around the same time each day, whereas at UPS you never really knew how long your workday is going to be.

The pay is nowhere near that of UPS, and on the rare occasions that you are asked to do some extra work to help out other drivers there is not any additional compensation.
