Managers are chill. It's really physically demanding so you can think of it like they're paying you to work out.

Physically demanding. Sometimes unreasonable loading package rate. No set schedule, you work until you clear all the packages in the chute.

There are no morning shifts only shifts from afternoon until past dawn, Working in 100+ degree trailers during the summer, trailers can be below freezing in the winter, the fans hardly help at all in the summer, can easily hurt yourself, can effect your back and body over time, Highly Repetitive days, No phones allowed so no music just the sound machines and boxes hitting conveyors, occasionally work into your break time, Day and Evening shift workers do not get raises in the summer for the heat even though Mid/Sun workers get one in the winter.
