      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      UPMC healthcare, bonus, overtime pay

      Cons

having to work so much overtime because they don't want to hire employees

Flexible with average pay, inconsistent leadership

      Marketing manager
      Former employee
      Pittsburgh, PA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Good base salary with a bonus. The people are nice in general, but there are a few nightmare people who make things unnecessarily difficult. Most people are very nice. They tend to be flexible with needing time off.

      Cons

Strategy is inconsistent and constantly changing. Director level people change frequently in some departments. Moved to hybrid for some employees but not all, some are still remote. Hiring could be more diverse for sure at corporate.

Love it, but looking for better

      Pharmacy technician

      Night crew lead
      Current employee
      Cleveland, OH
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Benefits, weekly pay, potential quarterly bonus

      Cons

Quarterly bonus bases on metrics. If your store is under performing. You lose the bonus. Labor intensive with minimal staff. Company wide budget cuts are affecting everyone's payscale and staffing

You will be scheduled full-time hours but you will still be considered part-time with no benefits

      Deli/hot food associate
      Former employee
      Bedford, PA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Friendly coworkers Store discounts Occasional bonuses (gift card to store)

      Cons

Since going corporate the moral had changed because of bigger work load and targets that our smaller store didn't have a need for. (No display room. Limited foot traffic that comes with small town store) Be prepared to constantly be doin more than your job title outlines.

      Decent job
