Pros
Overall benefit package is awesome. Great Healthcare options, dental, vacation, earned flex time, store discount, 401K, profit sharing.
Cons
Board and CEO only care about the bottom line. They act like they care, will say they care and then will reneg on promises. Over worked and underpaid even though they claim they pay comparable wages and are always monitoring wages. You can get a perfect yearly review and only qualify for a measly $0.10 raise. No real recognition for work done. Different departments are held to different standards, as are different employees. Can not retain employees, super high turnover and struggling bad to fill open positions at such low salary. I understand the food industry has been slow the past few years but don't punish your employees who are taking on more work for less pay.
