What is working from home like at Hyundai Mobis?

It is a european development office but I don’t have ANY european colleages.. I like my (mostly) indian colleagues but I feel like I belong to minority.. Their culture is far away from ours and if you are the “odd” one in europe as a european ,this could be very fustrating.

Two work from home days

Very strict 8 hours (not including lunch) time management. HR and Managers check your time in/time out. Inflexible in most situations. Management could be much better.
